Biography

Nemrine has more than 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience in Human Capital, Organizational Development, IT and Process Re-engineering. She started her career in 1995 as a software engineer, then joined LINKdotNET as Project Manager, working on many process and quality improvement assignments. As the company expanded her interest grew in Organizational Development, which led to her appointment to the role of Human Resources and Operations Senior Manager. Mrs Faltas has managed multiple strategic initiatives and Change Management projects including mergers, regional expansions and restructures. In September 2010 she became Vice President for Operations & Human Capital at A15, where she led all centralized supporting operations including Human Resources, Administration and Management Information Systems, serving over 10 subsidiaries, 16 regional offices and more than 1000 employees. Mrs Faltas is a PROSCI-certified Change Management practitioner and certified trainer/facilitator, a corporate co-active coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation and holds a certification in HR competency analysis profiling from HRCG Canada. She was awarded a BSc in Computer Science by the American University in Cairo in 1995.
