Biography

Mai is an experienced Customer Service people Manager with 8 years of experience in the customer service field and call center operations management, currently a Lead Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology services industry. Mai have been a supervisor in Vodafone’s International accounts for both New Zealand and UK accounts with 7 years of people management experience in the call center operations field. Mai started her coaching profession since 2013 and joined Insanity Egypt as a life coach. Mai is currently certified in the field of coaching as a life coach, Master NlP Practitioner & Timeline Therapy Practitioner impotenciastop.pt. Mai joined Injaz as a trainer and participated in training youth on career advising and delivered “Stir your career” training that was aiming to educate the school teens on how to plan their life ahead from a very early stage including choosing their collage and their future professions by providing them clear guidelines of the market needs and skills and competencies required as well on how to acquire those skills through their growing up stage. She held the role of a call center operations manager in GCC, adding up to her role, she conducted employees trainings for soft skills improvement and building up teams.
